2. THIRD-PARTY BOOKING ENGINE
HOW BOOKINGS ARE PROCESSED (EXTERNAL AFFILIATE REDIRECTION)
At the moment we do not accept direct bookings on our website. However we need an automatic reservation system in order to be able to receive instant reservations from some global booking platforms. Thanks to this reservation system, our availability on the global booking platforms is always updated and we do not need to worry about overbookings. When you click to make a reservation on our website, you are redirected via an affiliate link to our partner GetYourGuide.com (more about this cooperation you will find in the Third-Party Affiliate Program section). If you finish a reservation of my own tour on GetYourGuide.com, some of your booking details will be send to our external reservation system Rezgo (rezgo.com). We also have a cooperation with Viator.com and their bookings are synchronized with Rezgo.com the same way.

- BOOKING DATA PROCESSOR: When you finish your reservation on GetYourGuide.com or Viator.com, your booking details will be send to our official booking profile hosted by Sentias Software Corp. (DBA Rezgo) on their platform (rezgo.com). By using the booking system to secure our services, your personal details are collected and processed by Rezgo as our data processor, acting on our instructions and in compliance with GDPR requirements.
- PAYMENT DATA PROCESSOR: All financial transactions and checkout payments are completed securely via GetYourGuide.com or Viator.com and no details are shared with us or Rezgo.com

- PERSONAL BOOKING DATA: Through Rezgo, we collect the necessary information to fulfill your booking, which is your full name and phone number. No other personal data are shared with us or Rezgo.com
- PAYMENT DATA: No payment data is shared with us or Rezgo.com.

Performance of a Contract: Processing the customer’s name, contact details, and excursion date selection is necessary to fulfill the booking contract and provide the excursion service (Article 6.1.b GDPR)
Payment Processing: Processing financial and payment data via the third-party booking system is required to execute the transaction and comply with financial and tax record-keeping laws applicable in Spain, such as the Spanish General Tax Law (Article 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
